After combined effort by Trinseo, LBT Engineering, and LBT Construction in the past 7.5 months, the TRINSEO NOX Knock-down Project was mechanically completed on May 14th 2018. Achieving the MC ahead of schedule has again revealed and corroborated the advantages of LBT Group’s full capabilities in engineering and construction.

        LBT Engineering, as the EPC Contractor, is responsible for engineering design and procurement while LBT Construction is responsible for construction and installation for this project. The project was started on September 29, 2017, as a supporting project of Trinseo ZODIAC Project, which was completed in September 2017 by LBT Engineering under an EPC contract.

        Having great support of the LBT company management and Trinseo, and joint efforts by the project team members, the mechanical completion was achieved ahead of schedule after overcoming various adverse effects mainly caused by short construction period, cold weather and rainy season in winter construction period. The project was carried out strictly in line with the GB standards/codes and Trinseo’s requirements, and finally delivered to the owner with excellent performance in safety, quality.

        The completion of the project is highly recognized by the owner and it is a reflection of deep cooperation between LBT Group and Trinseo once again, and it is the best interpretation of the company’s philosophy “Your Partner Helps You Succeed”.
