In order to raise internal management level for company, on 17 and 18 March, 2018, nearly 100 persons from “LBT Construction”, including high and intermediate level, business backbones of each functional department and project department, got together in Shanghai Fengxian district and attended the training course lasting for two days, which is titled by “Managerial Personnel Comprehensive Management Ability Enhancement” and given by the specially invited training teacher – Mr. An xinqiang, who is the senior trainer of “International Association of Professional Trainer”, senior lecturer of “International Association of Human Resource Management”, guest professor of “Renmin University of China”, and guest lecturer for president class of “Tsinghua University”.

        This training course was consist of various aspects of abilities for managerial personnel, involving effective communication skills, effective incentive skills, and team management and building, leadership, objectives and performance management, and time management, etc.. Succeeded and affected from 2018 working conference, with questions and inspiration during work, and reminding and thinking during the conference, all colleagues played very actively in attending the training and participating in discussion. The enthusiastic performance, and illustrative and persuasive lecture given by Mr. An xinqiang enable all participated employees to directly understand the way of communication with subordinate, team cohesion building, and performance management.
