After 17 months of hard work, the EPC project of Trinseo Petrochemical (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 75 thousand tons of ABS, using ontology continuous method, was completed on September 14, 2017 ahead of schedule.

According to the EPC contract signed by both parties, Shanghai LBT Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. was responsible for engineering design, procurement and construction of the project. The project schedule was very tight. Officially started on April 1st 2016, with the support from the leadership of the EPC company and the owner, the project group overcame the low temperature during winter construction, held their posts in Spring Festival of 2017 to catch up with the progress, and fought against the continuous hot weather in summer for quite a long time and successfully achieved a total of 1.4 million safety man-hours. At the same time, the project was strictly executed according to the national standards and Trinseo enterprise standards and delivered to owner ahead of schedule upon completion of all the work within the scope of contract with high quality and “Zero Incident.”

The accomplishment of this project has been highly recognized by Owner. It is an in-depth cooperation with Trinseo again after the successful completion of Latex Train 4 Project, which reflects the business philosophy of “Best Service, Dedication to Client’s Success and Value Creation” and contributes to a more solid foundation for LBT’s future substantial development.
